What Is Your Processing Time?

WE DO NOT HAVE A PROCESSING TIME. THIS MEANS ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED AND RECEIVED WITHIN THE SHIPPING TIME YOU CHOOSE ON YOUR ORDER.

All orders will say processing until it ships. Once it ships, the status will changed from Processing to Completed.

If you have your order number from your confirmation email, that means we have your order request and we are processing it accordingly.

We have multiple locations. This does not determine when you will get your package/order placed online. We ship order fast, but only guarantee them to be delivered within the window you choose at checkout.

*** We suggest not choosing 7-10 business days, if you are “assuming it will come sooner”.  Although we ship our orders fast, we only guarantee orders will be received within the window you choose. ***

We do offer paid expedited shipping. Some additional information may be requested to prevent fraud by our loss prevention team.

How Can I check The Status Of My Online Order?

Most questions, can be answered without speaking to a representative. Many times, you just want to know if your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you will receive an email that includes your tracking number. If you signed up for text alerts, you will also get a text message. If you have not received 1 of the 2 alerts, this means your item has not shipped.  Refer back to your order and see what you chose as shipping. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. We suggest, you do not call before your window has expired.  To determine your window, look at your order date, count the business days excluding weekends and holidays, and determine what is the last day for your item to arrive.

I Did Not Receive An Order Confirmation?

We send order confirmations for EVERY payment completed order immediately after purchase to the email you used when placing your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation , here are a few things:

  1. It may have went to your spam box. Check your spam.
  2. You may have mistakenly spelled your email wrong ( most common ).
  3. You got it but expected more emails. We send out your order confirmation email that includes your order number, and then we will only send you the tracking email next once the item has shipped.

Do you offer refunds?

No.  We offer exchanges on unopened items within 5 business days of purchase and receipt by clients. Wholesale purchases including memberships do not qualify for exchange or refunds and are always final sale. Simply email: Info@VirginHairDepot.com , to get this process started.

We also offer a 15 business day guarantee on all of our hair for quality. If for any you have an valid issue with any of our products like matting or tangling, that have not been chemically changed, we will issue an exchange or comp. We do not guarantee products that have been bleached, dyed, or permed in any forms.

SHIPPING FAQS

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. WE ONLY SHIP TO THE CARD HOLDER AND  BILLING ADDRESSS OF THE CARD PAID WITH. ALL ORDERS NOT SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS, WILL BE CANCELED.

In addition, some orders may require that we request additional information like a copy of your ID, copy of the card you paid with, or any other information requested by our loss prevention team.

Yes! Use our locator to find a store near you. Prices online are always the same in your local Virgin Hair Depot.

How Long Is Shipping?

We do not have a standard shipping. YOU choose your shipping speed at checkout. We offer free shipping everyday on all orders and a few expedited options.

Can I Order Online and Pick Up In Store?

NO. All orders placed online MUST ship to the billing address of the card you pay with. All orders not shipped to the billing address will be canceled.

How Many Bundles Do I Need ?

For a full head install, you will need 3 bundles. The longer the hair the more bundles you will need.

What Grade Is Your Hair?

There is no such thing as 6A, 3A, 25A, etc. These are terms cheap hair vendors use to trick you with hair they have purchased from china.

We only sell the best hair. Our buyers visit countries directly  4 times a year to source our hair.
